PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue box holder that particularly can be freely swingably installed on the back face (rear face) of a desk and on the side face or the like of a piece of furniture, that can be folded and stored when not in use, and that has convenient operability and gives visually pleasant impression. ! SOLUTION: The holder includes a connecting part and a holding part. The holding part is composed of a holding base part that attaches a tissue box, a clamping auxiliary part that is laterally installed vertically to the holding base part, and a clamping part that is installed in the clamping auxiliary part and fixedly holding the tissue box. The holding part is formed by being bent in roughly a U shape in cross section with a configuration in which the end face of the holding base part and the end face of the connecting part are freely rotatably hinged. !
