Disclosed are a non-volatile memory system, a mobile device including the same, and an operating method of a non-volatile memory system. A non-volatile memory system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a non-volatile memory device containing a non-volatile memory cell array; and a memory controller for setting different stage information having different values depending on environment information corresponding to a network which is recognized by a host, and for performing a memory management operation by stages according to the set stage information during an idle time. |
