PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in monitor devices monitoring a person in association with the same person between images captured by a plurality of cameras, a change in face position depending upon a direction of a person's face might cause an error in associating.SOLUTION: Face detection means 220 is configured to detect a face of a first person from images captured by an authentication-purposed photographing part, and obtain a face position and face direction. Person detection means 330 is configured to detect a second person from images captured by a tracking-purposed photographing part different in an installation location from the authentication-purposed photographing part. Association means 332 is configured to set a peripheral area of the face position, and determine whether the second person detected in the peripheral area is the same person identical to the first person. The association means 332 is configured to set the broader peripheral area in the rear of the face position than ahead thereof. |
