PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset clip which restricts an arrangement path of a wire harness in a position spaced a certain distance away from a fixing point to a panel in an extension direction of the wire harness with the clip itself, stably holds the arrangement direction and arrangement posture of the wire harness, and achieves low costs.SOLUTION: An offset clip restricts an arrangement path of a wire harness W at a position spaced away from a fixing point P1 to a panel 1 and includes: an engagement leg part 11 which is engaged with a clip fixing part 1b of the panel 1 to be fixed thereto; a binding band part 12 which binds the wire harness W; and a connection arm part 13 which connects the engagement leg part 11 with the binding band part 12 so that the engagement leg part 11 and the binding band part 12 are offset for a clearance D in an extension direction of the wire harness W. |
