PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a display device driving IC chip such as an LCD driver IC chip, operational amplifiers are frequently used for input and output circuits, a medium-pressure-resistant intra-chip capacitor is required as a compensation capacitor, an MIS capacitor with excellent area efficiency is frequently used since cost competition power is extremely important in this product field but since a property reducing voltage dependence of the capacitor as further as possible is required differently from a so-called varactor that is frequently used for a VCO circuit or the like, process cost may increase although the voltage dependency of the capacitor is reduced by adding additional processes.SOLUTION: In a medium-pressure-resistant intra-chip MIS capacitor of a first conductivity type used for an I/O circuit or the like on a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a capacitor electrode closer to a semiconductor substrate is formed from a low-pressure-resistant well region of the first conductivity type. |
