PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reading device capable of preventing erroneous writing during the reading of data of a nonvolatile storage element.SOLUTION: A data reading device of the present invention includes a dummy reading circuit including a nonvolatile storage element having a lower write voltage than a nonvolatile storage element of the data reading circuit; and a state detection circuit that detects the write state of the nonvolatile storage element of the dummy reading circuit. When detecting that the nonvolatile storage element of the dummy reading circuit is erroneously written during the reading of data, the data reading device immediately ends the data read operation. |
