PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified conjugated diene-type polymer composition that has an excellent balance of processability, rolling resistance characteristic, wet skid resistance, tensile characteristic and wear resistance. ! SOLUTION: Provided is a production method for modified conjugated diene-type polymer composition comprising step (1) and step (2). Step (1): a step of blending (A) to (D) and kneading the same at 120 to 170°C.
