PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen case in which contact troubles causing the pen case to be unusable are eliminated, the troubles occurring when opening or closing the pen case with a housing part and a lid, a fastener, or the like. ! SOLUTION: A pen case is provided, in which wind-up mechanisms 1 for winding up and housing a strip of tape like a wind-up tape measure, a housing base cloth band 3 which is wound up by the wind-up mechanism 1, and strips of trimming tape 2 are housed in a case body 4. Each wind-up mechanism 1 is configured such that a cam 5, a rotor 6 and a spring 7 are overlapped with each other forming a three-layer structure, and can be locked and unlocked by using a knock rod 8.
