PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for reducing density of pathogens in a multi-bed room and thus reducing the infection risk. ! SOLUTION: The air conditioning system of the present invention is used in a multi-bed room 12. The multi-bed room 12 has a plurality of individual areas 16 and a shared area 17. In each individual area 16, a bed 11 is disposed with its head side opposed to the shared area 17. Full-length partitions 19 and 22 enclose the head side and the longitudinal sides of the bed 11 respectively from the floor to the ceiling. A partial partition 20 is disposed between the foot side of the bed 11 and the shared area 17 while forming a gap at least on the floor.
