PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system capable of minimizing a burden on a medical employee to properly grasp a photographing portion and position a device, when photographing a subject. ! SOLUTION: The system comprises: a first sensor M which, when acquiring a diagnostic image of a subject, in order to acquire data on the height of the subject to use to identify a photographing portion to be photographed, measures the height of the subject; and an X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 which, on the basis of the data on the height acquired by the first sensor M, identifies the photographing portion that becomes a target of photographing the subject and prepares photographing by automatically moving to the position of the photographing portion. !
