PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of efficiently displaying, a relay computer, an information processing system and an information processing program.SOLUTION: The information processor has a control section that is configured: to acquire a piece of information relevant to an operation screen, which is written with a structured language for operating a relay device relaying moving images from a moving image server which stores one or more moving images to another apparatus, from the relay device which stores information on the operation screen having areas for disposing thumbnail images of one or more moving images to output the same on a display; to require the relay device to dispose the respective thumbnail images in the areas on the operation screen; to dispose the acquired thumbnail images in the area when the required thumbnail images are acquired; and to repeat the operation until the thumbnail images are acquired when failed in the acquisition due to absence of the thumbnail images.
