PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain effects of suppressing disorder in directivity of a patch antenna caused by a conductive structure even if a dimension of a connection conductor is varied, by suppressing a variation in an operation frequency of the conductive structure caused by a tolerance of the connection conductor in an antenna device with which the patch antenna and the conductive structure (structure including a conductor pattern and the connection conductor for connecting the conductor pattern to a ground plate on a rear side of a substrate) are formed on the substrate.SOLUTION: On a front side of a dielectric substrate 2, a patch antenna 7 and a plurality of EBG 4 are formed. The EBG 4 includes a patch-shaped pattern formed on the front side of the dielectric substrate 2 and a plurality of conduction vias formed between the patch-shaped pattern and a ground plate 3 so as to penetrate the dielectric substrate in order to electrically connect both the patch-shaped pattern and the ground plate 3. |
