PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device, a transmission system, and a transmission method which can easily identify an alarm factor.SOLUTION: A transmission device comprises: a reception unit which receives a wavelength multiplex optical signal in which a plurality of optical signals having different wavelengths are multiplexed; a generation unit which generates notification signals for notifying other devices of radio disturbance for receiving the wavelength multiplex optical signal, according to types of frames of respective optical signals to be transmitted to the other devices separately from the wavelength multiplex optical signal among the plurality of optical signals; and one or more transmission units which convert the notification signal into wavelength light having the same wavelength as the respective optical signals among the plurality of optical signals, and when the wavelength multiplex optical signal cannot be received by the reception unit, transmit the respective pieces of wavelength light to the other devices, respectively. |
