PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in which an imaging element is capable of outputting an imaging signal obtained by precisely subtracting a periodic noise from a photoelectric conversion signal. ! SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: an imaging element 102 having a pixel for generating a photoelectric conversion signal by performing photoelectric conversion on the basis of incident light and a signal processing circuit signal processing part for sampling the photoelectric conversion signal and a noise signal generated by the pixel; a detection part 109 for detecting the period of the periodic noise generated in accordance with the operation of a circuit outside the imaging element; and a control part 104 for setting a timing in which the signal processing circuit signal processing part samples the photoelectric conversion signal and the noise signal on the basis of the period detected by the detection part. !
