PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fastening without changing a multi-spindle screw-fastening device even if screw-fastening positions differ from one another. ! SOLUTION: A multi-spindle screw-fastening device 1 can fasten at once screws in, for example, three points on a circumference of a circle having a prescribed radius. Three pieces of nut runners 2a to 2c are arranged on the circumference of the circle. Guide rails 7a to 7c of three pieces of the nut runners 2a to 2c for guiding the radial movement of the circle are arranged. Guide plates 8a to 8c having the nut runners 2a to 2c are constituted so as to be movable along the guide rails 7a to 7c via ring plates 14a to 14c by the rotation of a rotating base 13.
