PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of suppressing enlargement. ! SOLUTION: A bearing device is equipped with a shaft, a pair of rolling bearings externally inserted in the shaft, and disposed so as to align in an axial direction of the shaft, and a hub cap for covering the rolling bearings from the outside in the axial direction. At an outside end portion in the axial direction of the shaft, a holding portion recessed inward in the axial direction is formed. The hub cap has a bending portion bending inward in the axial direction toward the holding portion. The hub cap is fixed to the holding portion while the bending portion is elastically deformed. !
