<p>The present invention is to provide an apparatus to cut quantitative rubber, and a nozzle module using the same. The apparatus has a break guiding part with a small diameter inside a nozzle holder on one end thereof, and simplifies a nozzle replacement through easy cutting of the rubber. According to the present invention, an apparatus to cut quantitative rubber comprises: a conveying cylinder having a hollow hole therein, thus connecting a rubber injection part through which raw rubber materials are inputted and an exit part each other; an extrusion screw installed inside the conveying cylinder, compresses rubber injected through the rubber injection part, and conveys compressed rubber; and a nozzle module joined with the exit of the conveying cylinder, discharging the melted rubber moved by a compression screw. The nozzle module comprises: a chamber detachably connected from the conveying cylinder on an exit of the conveying cylinder; a nozzle with a rubber discharging part through which rubber having passed through the chamber is discharged on the exit of the conveying cylinder; and a nozzle holder having a break guiding part installed inside the chamber such that the nozzle can detachably be connected, controls rubber flow, continuously discharges melted rubber through the rubber discharging part, and guides the breaking of rubber discharged continuously upon replacing the nozzles.</p> |
