<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of grill steamed bread and, specifically, to a manufacturing method of grill steamed bread comprising walnut or coconut ingredient. The manufacturing method of steamed bread comprises the steps of: preparing a pre-shaped steamed bread material by putting a steamed bread filling in a steamed bread skin; performing a first molding with walnuts or coconuts with respect to the pre-shaped steamed bread material; performing a first fermentation for the first molded pre-shaped steamed bread material at temperatures of 30 to 50 deg. C and relative humidity of 50 to 70%; making an all-filled steamed bread by steaming the fermented material at temperatures of 90 to 130 deg. C for 5 to 20 minutes; cooling the all-filled steamed bread; and quenching the cooled dry steamed bread at temperatures below -20 deg. C for 60 to 180 minutes.</p> |
