PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane coating film water-proof material composition of a two-pack ordinary temperature curing type with a long work life.SOLUTION: A urethane coating film water-proof material composition of a two-pack ordinary temperature curing type comprises a basis comprising urethane prepolymer, and a curing agent comprising a polyol compound with a molecular weight of more than 200, a low-molecular polyol with a molecular weight of 200 or less and, as aromatic polyamine, diethyltoluenediamine and polytetramethyleneglycoldiaminobenzoate.
