PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller capable of ensuring the security of a monitoring device, and preventing a system including the monitoring device from falling into confusion.SOLUTION: The communication controller includes a conversion part and a control part. The conversion part receives a second digital data signal before receiving a first digital data signal to be output to a transmission destination device, and outputs an analog data signal obtained by converting the second digital data signal into an analog signal. When the voltage corresponding to the analog data signal does not match with a predetermined output allowable voltage, the control part invalidates the first digital data signal, and when the voltage corresponding to the analog data signal matches with the output allowable voltage, the control part validates the first digital data signal. |
