PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system, a document management apparatus, a document management method, and a program, which enable reference, in one of plural places, to postscript content of a sheet document, of plural sheet documents to which respective postscripts are applied at plural places, the sheet document having a postscript applied to at another place among the plural places.SOLUTION: In a case where a postscript is applied to an individual sheet document among plural sheet documents to which respective postscripts are applied in plural places, a postscript image obtainment part (124) obtains a postscript image indicating a postscript portion of the sheet document. A postscript image preservation part (126) stores the post script image in a postscript image storage part (110B). An output process execution part (130) performs, based on storage content of the postscript image storage part (110B), processing for outputting a postscript image of a sheet document to which a postscript is applied at another place among plural places to an output part used at one of the plural places. |
