HARD COATING FILM USING EPOXY SILOXANE RESIN COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coating film having excellent flexibility unobtainable in existing coating compositions and at the same time having a high surface hardness of 9H or higher.SOLUTION: There are provided a hard coating film using a siloxane resin composition containing an epoxy group and a production method of the hard coating film. A special polymerization system that the siloxane resin composition containing the epoxy group is polymerized by cationic polymerization and then moisture heat treatment is performed is used in the production method of the hard coating film. A production method of a hard coating cured product where the composition includes a siloxane resin containing the epoxy group and a cation initiator and further which includes a reactive monomer containing an alicyclic epoxy group, a glycidyl group or an oxetane group is provided.
