PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for antifriction constructible without requiring a large scale facility, and capable of reconciling improvement of abrasion resistance with securement of workability; and to provide a production method thereof, and a construction method of the sheet for antifriction.SOLUTION: A sheet for antifriction for improving antifriction of a protection object includes: a release film; a resin layer provided on the release film, and containing a photocurable resin and hard particles carried by the photocurable resin; and a light-shielding film provided on the opposite side to the release film across the resin layer.
