PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the A/D conversion of an analog input value even while executing the correction of input/output characteristics in an A/D converter for converting an analog input value into a digital value.SOLUTION: An A/D converter 1 includes: a TAD[A] 26; a TAD[B] 27 for inputting a reference voltage, and for outputting a reference value obtained by converting the reference voltage into a digital value; and a correction logic part 40 for correcting input/output characteristics as characteristics when the TAD[A] 26 converts an analog input value into the digital value in accordance with the reference value. The A/D converter 1 includes: the TAD[A] 26 for A/D-converting the analog input value; and the TAD[B] 27 for A/D-converting the reference voltage. Thus, it is possible to execute the A/D conversion of the analog input value even when correcting the input/output characteristics of the TAD[A] 26 while executing input/output correction by the TAD[B] 27. |
