SOLUTION: A voltage regulator 24 that regulates a voltage to be applied to a motor 22 is fixed to inside a body case 8 of a slider 14, and the voltage regulator 24 is provided with a guide groove 26 for voltage regulation. A sliding piece 27 that adjusts a resistance value of a variable resistor 28 slides along the guide groove 26. In an initial section of the guide groove 26 in a direction in which the slider 14 comes out of the body case 8 from an inside of the body case 8, the resistance value of the variable resistor 28 is set to a first resistance value bringing the number of rotations of the motor 22 to a first number of rotations that is a low rotating speed.
