PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film that suppresses coloring of transmitted light, has a high total ray transmittance, and can suppress increase in a haze value when the film is subjected to a heat treatment. ! SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film includes a low-refractive tone correction layer laminated on a surface of a transparent base film comprising a polyester film having low crystallization of oligomer. The low-refractive tone correction layer comprises silica fine particles and an active energy ray-curable resin and has a refractive index of 1.33 to 1.53 to light at a wavelength of 400 nm and a film thickness of 10 to 55 nm.
