PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing brush and a machine tool using the polishing brush which highly accurately repeat deburring from a surface of a metal workpiece by means of polishing and can execute a polishing process continuously and automatically up to the life end of the brush. ! SOLUTION: A polishing brush includes a brush main body 32 which includes a cylinder-shaped base part 34 and a linear brush 36 extended along an axis 100 direction of the base part 34 from one side bottom surface of the base part 34, brings a top end of the brush 36 into contact with a surface of a workpiece, at the same time, subjects the brush 36 and the workpiece to relative movement and, thereby, removes burrs existing on the surface of the workpiece to perform polishing.
