PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to efficiently view a recorded broadcast program. ! SOLUTION: A stored program reproduction device comprises: a recorded video reproduction control unit 121 (reproduction unit); a preference point calculation unit 123 which calculates preference points for related information of each scene on the basis of an operation concerning reproduction of the scene; a total preference point calculation unit 124 which calculates total preference points for each scene on the basis of the preference points for the related information of each scene, on reproducing the program data later; and a reproduction scene control unit 125 which controls the reproduction unit to reproduce respective scenes in order based on the total preference points. !
