PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and accurately determine a delivery from a multistory parking space. ! SOLUTION: The border detection device includes: an own vehicle state detection unit for calculating a position error and azimuth error from a peripheral link; a border detection unit for detecting the border between a multistory parking space and a road using the position error and azimuth error calculated by the own vehicle state detection unit; an error correction unit for correcting the position error and azimuth error when the border is detected by the border detection unit; and a delivery determination unit for determining a delivery using the position error and azimuth error after the correction by the error correction unit. !
