PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller for vehicle, capable of operating equipment normally at once, when vehicle speed reaches equipment operation vehicle speed, and improving power saving effect. ! SOLUTION: The power supply controller for vehicle blocks power supply to pieces of equipment 1a, 1b which are preset from a battery, in a preset vehicle speed range, and when the vehicle speed becomes power supply restoration vehicle speed, power supply to the pieces of equipment 1a, 1b is restarted. The power supply controller for vehicle comprises: a change degree acquisition part 4 for acquiring change degree of vehicle speed; a power supply restoration timing calculation part 4 for calculating power supply restoration timing for operating the pieces of equipment 1a, 1b normally at the constant equipment operation vehicle speed; and power opening/closing parts 4, 3a, 3b for restarting power supply to the pieces of equipment at the power supply restoration timing. !
