摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a liquid ejection head in which a variance in arrangement intervals of ejection substrates can be reduced even though an environmental temperature changes. ! SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a liquid ejection head includes: a step of arranging a base substrate 1 so as to be parallel to at least one reference base substrate 40; and a step of arranging an ejection substrate 2 above the base substrate 1. The manufacturing method further includes step of detecting a position of an alignment mark 4a preformed in the ejection substrate and a position of a reference mark 41a for positioning preformed in the reference base substrate 40. The manufacturing method further includes a step of adjusting a position of the ejection substrate 2 on the basis of the detected position of the alignment mark 4a and the detected position of the reference mark 41a. !
