PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shaped article manufacturing apparatus capable of efficiently manufacturing a three-dimensional shaped article excellent in mechanical strength and durability. ! SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shaped article manufacturing apparatus 100 for manufacturing a three-dimensional shaped article by repeatedly forming and laminating layers using a composition containing a granular material comprises: a layer formation section 4 forming the layers using the composition; bonding portion formation means 5 bonding the granular material included in a predetermined region out of the layers and forming a bonding portion; and modification means 7 applying modification treatment with respect to the layer formed with the bonding portion prior to formation of the new layer on the layer formed with the bonding portion. !
