PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof cover convenient to carry, easy to put on and off and having good appearance, which prevents a foot from getting wet during walking outdoors in the rain. ! SOLUTION: A waterproof cover 1 is composed of an adhesive sheet obtained by providing an adhesive on the whole of one side of an elastic thin-film sheet with a waterproof function. The cover is stuck to the whole of the instep of a shoe 2 like an adhesive bandage in the rain, which prevents the toe from getting wet with the rain water or considerably reduces it.
