PRECAST MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY STRUCTURE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast monolithic refractory structure capable of extending the service life, with inevitable occurrence of cracks hardly causing crucial breakage or falling; and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A precast monolithic refractory structure 10 includes: a monolithic refractory 11; and one or a plurality of heat-resistant fiber ropes 12 formed of inorganic continuous fiber, embedded inside the monolithic refractory 11. The monolithic refractory 11 has a porosity of 10 to 30 vol%. The heat-resistant fiber rope 12 has knots 13 and 14 at both ends. A manufacturing method of the precast monolithic refractory structure 10 includes successive steps of: disposing the heat-resistant fiber rope 12 in a formwork; casting the monolithic refractory 11; and taking the monolithic refractory 11 out from the formwork after curing.
