PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding mold that can instantly increase peak temperature of a mold surface immediately after injection of a molten resin into a cavity and can lengthen the time when the temperature of the mold surface is kept not lower than necessary temperature.SOLUTION: An injection molding mold H, in which a cavity 1 filled with a molten thermoplastic resin is formed, comprises: a metal substrate 2 having a surface corresponding to the shape of a product molded in the cavity 1; an internal heat insulating layer 3 installed on the surface of the substrate 2; a metal layer 4 installed on the surface of the internal heat insulating layer 3; and an external heat insulating layer 6 installed on the surface of the metal layer 4. The external heat insulating layer 6 faces the cavity 1. The metal layer 4 is thermally insulated from the substrate 2 by the internal heat insulating layer 3 and thermally insulated to the molten resin injected into the cavity 1 by the external heat insulating layer 6. |
