PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical see-through window structure of a dike, which is needless to say to have sufficient durability to flood damage of a Tsunami and a high tide, but also is excellent in see-through performance and saves labor on maintenance and the like by being installed and replaced easily.SOLUTION: An opening 1a is provided which penetrates through both side surfaces of a dike body wall 1, and a hard strength fixed type see-through window 8 is constructed by fitting-installing a transparent material plate 13 in the opening 1a. The see-through window 8 composed of a previously buried window frame 9 buried in advance in the dike body wall 1, a fixed type window frame 12 detachably fitted-fixed to the previously buried window frame 9 and the transparent plate 13 installed in the fixed type window frame 12, is singly provided only on the outside (the sea side or the river side) of the dike body wall 1, and a window sill 23 for a bay window is formed on the inside (the land side) of the dike wall opening 1a. |
