PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic gas absorbent where: the absorption amount and absorption rate of an acidic gas such as carbon dioxide and the like are large; reaction heat at the absorption of the acidic gas is low; heat dissipation is suppressed; and oxygen absorbability is excellent, and to provide an acid gas removal device and an acid gas removal method using the same. ! SOLUTION: An acidic gas absorbent of an embodiment includes at least one kind of amine compounds represented by general formula (1): R1R2 NCR31-nR4nR5R6 (1) (where, R1 is a 3-8C cyclic alkyl group; R2 and R3 are hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group; R4, R5 and R6 are a hydroxymethyl group, a 1-hydroxyethyl group or a 2-hydroxyethyl group; R2 and R3 are the same or different from each other; R4, R5 and R6 are the same or different from each other; and n is an integer of 0-1). !
