SOLUTION: In a control circuit part 4, when a first detection part 1b detects that a vehicular auxiliary power feeder 100 has approached the abnormal state, the gate voltage of a first MOSFET 1a is controlled to disconnect a current path between an input terminal 20 and a lithium ion storage battery 2 using the first MOSFET 1a, and when a second detection part 3b detects that the vehicular auxiliary power feeder 100 has approached the abnormal state, the gate voltage of a second MOSFET 3a is controlled to disconnect the current path between the lithium ion storage battery 2 and an output terminal 31 using the second MOSFET 3a. !
