PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition that gives a cured product having excellent scratch recovery property, surface hardness, curling resistance and flexure resistance, and a laminate in which a layer of a cured product of the composition is formed. ! SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises the following (A) component and (B) component, in a mass ratio of (A) component/(B) component ranging from 25/75 to 90/10. The components are: (A) urethane (meth)acrylate obtained by allowing an alkylene oxide and/or ε-caprolactone adduct (a1) of hydroxy alkyl(meth)acrylate to react with polyisocyanate having an isocyanurate group and/or an allophanate group (a2); and (B) surface-modified inorganic oxide particles obtained by allowing a compound (b1) having a polymerizable unsaturated group and a hydrolyzable silyl group to react with inorganic oxide particles (b2). !
