PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure capable of preventing a cover body from falling from a main body, and a hot water supply device. ! SOLUTION: Locking pieces 21e0, 21e1 and 21e2 provided on a beam 21c are inserted into slits 22e0, 22e1 and 22e2 provided on a cover 22 (lower surface 22c), and an upper part of the cover 22 is detachably fixed to a casing (main body), and thereby, the cover 22 is fixed to the casing (main body). The locking piece 21e0 is positioned in a first hole 21e01 of the slit 22e0, and thereby, movement to an X axis direction is restricted, and in the state, +X end (-X end) on an end of the locking piece 21e1 (21e2) is positioned closer to +X side (-X side) than +X end (-X end) of the slit 22e1 (22e2), and locks the lower surface 22c, that is, the cover 22.
