<p>The present invention relates to a bollard. The bollard comprises: a lower body buried under the ground; an upper body positioned in the upper side of the lower body; an elastic means positioned between the upper body and the lower body to be coupled; and a case surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the upper body and the lower body. According to the present invention as described thus far above, the present invention is molded while an upper plate and a lower plate is installed in an upper portion and a lower portion of the urethane elastic body, respectively, and a coupling hole is formed in a center portion of the upper plate and the lower plate to organically be molded in order to provide buffering effect and elasticity when an impact is applied to prevent a safety accident of a pedestrian and to completely prevent entry of a vehicle. Moreover, a compression spring is embedded inside the elastic body in order to enable the bollard to have excellent elasticity to rapidly be restored after the bollard is tilted within 10 to 20 degrees during a collision. Moreover, the case covering a bollard main body is separated into a first case and a second case to be installed in order to enable the case to easily be replaced when the case covering the bollard body is damaged by an external impact.</p> |
