The present invention relates to a super capacitor electrode deposited with an electrode material containing multi-element metal oxide and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the development of an electrode by which a metal oxide supper capacitor made of expensive single element can be replaced, can be carried out by using multi-element metal oxide as an electrode material. Process steps can be improved by using a present electrode instead of a method of manufacturing an electrode using an existing conductor and binder. At the same time, process costs can be reduced. Also, the prevent invention can be applied to the development of the electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery because it can be deposited on a metal oxide as a supper capacitor candidate except a ternary-system metal oxide made of Ni, Co, Mn by the manufacturing method of the present invention.
