PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quietness in a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: A bus bar 14 includes an upper-side bus bar 20 parallely connecting each positive-terminal connection portion 1210A of smoothing capacitors 12, and a lower-side bus bar 22 parallelly connecting each negative-terminal connection portion 1210B of the smoothing capacitors 12. A vibration prevention portion 24 includes a plurality of holes 2402 integrally formed with the upper-side bus bar 20 and the lower-side bus bar 22. The providing of the plurality of holes 2402 lowers the stiffness of the upper-side bus bar 20 and the lower-side bus bar 22 and can adjust the natural resonance frequency of the upper-side bus bar 20 and the lower-side bus bar 22 to low, thereby preventing vibration of the bus bar 14 on the basis of vibration generated from each smoothing capacitor 12 associated with the operation of an inverter device.
