PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of suppressing inconvenience as much as possible in which it takes longer until a load is actually driven after drive of the load is instructed.SOLUTION: A user of a vehicle gives an instruction of a start priority mode, charge prohibited conditions and charge prohibited time period to be added in the start priority mode by a switch SW and a smart phone SP. A microcomputer 113 stops power supply to an HV battery B11 from an additional battery 12 on the basis of the instruction from the user of the vehicle who starts the vehicle. Thus, operation to stop power supply can be started before giving the instruction to start the vehicle. Therefore, inconvenience can be suppressed as much as possible in which it takes longer until the vehicle is actually started after start of the vehicle is instructed. |
