PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for a container which can prevent a separation part of an inside plug from being pushed in and separated from a body part and can thereby prevent opening from being performed when the inside plug is fitted to the container.SOLUTION: A first lead R1 of a first screwing part 51, a second lead R2 of a second screwing part 52 and a play L of the second screwing part are set such that: while an inside plug 10 is fixed to a top lid 20 in advance by using the second screwing part 52, and when, for sealing, the top lid 20 is screwed to a mouth part 1a of a container 1 by using the first screwing part 51, and the inside plug 10 is fitted to the mouth part 1a of the container 1, a separation part 12 is prevented from being pushed in and separated from a body part 10b due to the loosening of the inside plug 10. As a result, when the inside plug 10 is fitted to the container 1, unintended opening due to the separation of the separation part 12 from the body part 10b can be prevented from being performed. |
