PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten waiting time until processing using a page image of a document is started.SOLUTION: An image processing system provided with a display part for displaying a page image of a document includes at least a page range designation part for receiving an input of a character string for designating a page range of a selected document, a page range specification part for specifying a page range of the document on the basis of an inputted character string, a page image generation part for generating a page image of the specified page range more preferentially than page images of the other pages, and a display control part for displaying the generated page image in a display part. The page range specification part specifies a first page range designated by the inputted character string and a second page range designatable by the inputted character string and a character string inputted following the end of the inputted character string as page ranges for generating a page image more preferentially than the other pages. |
