<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise countermeasure component incorporated device capable of reducing a possibility to change characteristics of a noise countermeasure component.SOLUTION: In the noise countermeasure component incorporated device, a lead frame 14 includes at least: a plurality of first leads 16a-16d connected to external electrodes 11a-11d, respectively; and a plurality of second leads 17a and 17b for adhering and mounting a Zener diode 13. The first lead 16a and the second lead 17a are connected, and the other first lead 16b and the other second lead 17b are connected. The external electrode 11b connected with one end portion of a first coil and the external electrode 11d connected with one end portion of a second coil are connected to the first leads 16a and 16b connected with the second leads 17a and 17b, respectively. Further, in a noise countermeasure component 12, an insulator layer is formed from only ceramic.</p> |
