SOLUTION: The call processing system includes a plurality of call processing devices and a load distribution device for receiving a call control signal from a terminal and distributing the received call control signal to the call processing devices. When receiving the call control signal, the load distribution device determines a call processing execution device and a duplication destination device, notifies the call processing execution device of information capable of specifying the determined duplication destination device, and transfers the received call control signal starting a call to the call processing execution device.
