PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power cable from coming off from a guide roller when laying the power cable. ! SOLUTION: A power cable laying tool 1 comprises: a guide roller 10 on which a power cable 100 is placed; a support shaft 20 which is inserted in a through-hole of the guide roller 10 so as to rotatably and slidably support the guide roller 10; cone pedestals 30 which are arranged at both ends of the support shaft 20 so as to support both of the ends of the support shaft 20; and a slide regulation device 12 which regulates and deregulates the sliding movement of the guide roller 10. A neck is formed at part of the portion, of the support shaft 20, where the guide roller 10 is arranged.
