PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing manhours and labor of work of a maintenance-inspection of an entrance-leaving management system. ! SOLUTION: In this entrance-leaving management system, when a diagnostic card 6 is held up to an object leader 4 by an operator in the maintenance-inspection, a security management server 1 switches a mode to a diagnostic mode. In this case, a control device 3 generates location ID of indicating a connection state of wiring with the leader 4 so as to be transmitted to the security management server 1. Next, a general entrance-leaving card 7 is held up to the leader 4, and when executing diagnostic operation, the security management server 1 replies information of including diagnostic result information and the location ID to the leader 4 by executing diagnostic processing by using diagnostic information.
